I used to love Ruche, but I find that their quality is a lot like their price - CHEAP - and so I needed to return some very poorly made dresses (like one with an empire waist that was under the left breast but across the right nipple).
ReplyDeleteSo, I followed directions to contact the shop to start the return process, and I never heard back. I emailed a second time, and still no reply.
Consider all sales final if you shop with this store. I'm really disappointed in the owner.
