Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane...

I just finished watching Kimora’s new reality series called "Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane." It premieres this Sunday on the Style Network at 8pm EST. The show seems really interesting and her life is indeed fabulous. Though I think Baby Phat clothes are hideous, her team are doing something right since they’ve built an empire worth millions. Watch the full episode here and tell me what you think. Will you be tuning in weekly? Thanks to Juicy News for the heads up ;)

Simmons, and a wife and mom of the same age,and Im a bit demanding but besides that....not much..BUT I do love to see black women shine, in respectful ways, and all those white people catering to her..LOVE IT!!!...Ill def be watching..Im about to program it on the DVR!!!

Ugh, Kimora really annoys me. She comes across fake. Like when she did that prayer in the meeting, everyone was like "huh? we don't usually pray!" LOL.

I watched the entire episode and loved every minute of it. Yes, I agree it was obvious that they don't usually hold hands and pray lol; but I was impressed by her assertiveness, especially in her meeting with the Barbie exec's regarding her doll.

I will be tuning in weekly =)

I like Kimora... somewhat. She is over-the-top, but she works her ass off. She could have been just a trophy wife but she made a name for herself in fashion. Gotta respect that.

While I don't agree with all her stylistic decisions (for Baby Phat and in her personal dress), Ms Kimora's personality and drive has won me over. This episode shows how she owns her domain, while looking absolutely fabulous, and in that sense, is one to watch and learn from. (I'm surprised at how pretty she is dressed down!)

Love it, love it, love it! I will be watching for sure. I've applied for an internship there several times but I guess competition is stiff :(

Did anyone else notice the slight tension between Kimora and Russell?

No, I didn't notice tension. They seem to be getting along fine which is great for their kids.

The show looks like it's going to be addictive. That guy James is the same guy who gave Angela Simmons a hard time during her internship on Run's House!

I think she is spoiled! Her kids are adorable. Baby Phat clothes are horrendous. And i think she needs to stop whining about every single little thing...eg."who touched my raggedy ass teddy bear", i don't like mangos in my parfait"...do you know how may kids are starving all around the world? ..and you are complaining about fruit in your "fruit & yogurt" parfait?...."did you know that the QVC thing was cancelled?...i'm going to handle you, you don't handle me...", "I'm a mum, model, mogul....blah, blah, blah.." Yeah, Whatever. If it weren't for her marrying Russell Simmons, chances are she wouldn't have that company in the 1st place. Look,i'll probably be watching the show next week, so i guess the goal has been achieved, but fact of the matter is, SHE IS SPOILED! Poor Russell! Anyway, keep working hard, Kimora! You are good at what you do! Keep shining!

I didn't understand how there were no clothes for the campaign photo shoot. Don't you usually make the clothes then select items from the collection to advertise? Please explain.

I love watching the Kimora: Life in the fab lane. It is a reality show, it is an inspiration to everyone to become successful. Kimora is frank but a loving person. She treats her Staff like her own family. If they made mistake, she straigthened them up. She is a supermodel, she has the best designs of clothes. She is fabulous.

Kimora Lee Simmons has the right to be meticulous. She is fabulous. And she has the right do whatever she wants with her money, she worked hard for it.

I love Kimora Lee Simmons. She has an everywoman "wish they could be this' personality. There are billions of woman out there that had dreams of being a star. Sometimes we get older and that dream sometime fades away and you get discouraged because you realize your getting too old and it may be too late or you lost the opportunity of the life time by not being at the right place at the right time. Watching her career is (me being reborned). From her success as a model, her clothing line and her new show. Thank you Kimora you make my heart jump and relive my dreams every time I see your style. I love it!

After watching her "show", I would never buy anything of hers. She is obnoxious and a tyrannical boss who is teaching her two innocent children to treat those who are there to help them just as badly as she does. A real case of success going to her head - the woman has NO class (money will not buy class). It is obvious that she was a lucky girl who has forgotten her roots and shows nothing but contempt for everyone she employs. She should be teaching her children respect, gratitude and compassion for others!! I can't imagine anyone "wishing to be this personality" as one blogger has stated - pathetic.
